I work at the intersection of technology, law and entrepreneurship.
As IT Consultant and GRC system administrator at Energie AG Oberösterreich, I look after the GBTEC governance, risk and compliance platform, build the SQL logic behind its dashboards, and model the digital processes that carry complex regulatory and organisational requirements in practice.
Alongside that I deliver digital projects for companies as a full-stack developer and co-founder. With my business partner I run the agency Mühleder & Mayrhofer, through which we build digital solutions and custom software for businesses. I am also co-founder of the AI companies Pactonic and Quantent AI, both focused on putting artificial intelligence to practical use.
That combination of technology and law shapes my academic path too: at JKU Linz I am completing a Master in Business Informatics alongside a Magister in Law. What interests me most is how new technology not only works technically, but also fits into existing legal, regulatory and social structures.
Technology is not only a professional subject for me, as my own education project shows: with Die Klimaheldin I developed a children's book and workshop format that teaches children about sustainability and plastic waste through play. The project was nominated for the Movers of Tomorrow Award, among others.
The thread running through all of it: I don't just want to understand technology or talk about regulation — I want to build digital solutions, take them to market, and understand the legal and social framework they have to work within.

Sarah Mayrhofer is a full-stack developer, lawyer and entrepreneur from Linz. She works at the intersection of artificial intelligence, technology, regulation and business — as IT Consultant and GRC system administrator at Energie AG Oberösterreich, and as co-founder of the AI companies Pactonic and Quantent AI.
